Plaster Bandage

Description
This plaster bandage is ready for immediate use. Once submerged in water, it becomes creamy and soft, allowing for easy shaping. It requires only a brief soak and can be safely de-molded after 30 minutes. Full curing takes place within 12 to 24 hours.

• Composition: Cotton gauze weave (17 strands) with gypsum mass of α- and β-calcium sulfate hemihydrate.

Processing Instructions

1. Cutting: Before wetting, cut the bandage to the desired shape and size to fit the mold.
2. Water Submersion: Remove the bandage from its packaging and submerge it in water (20°C-25°C) for about 5 seconds, or until bubbles stop forming.
3. Wringing: After soaking, gently wring the bandage, starting from the edges and working towards the center.
4. Application: Immediately apply the bandage to the model, draping it and pressing it into shape with your hands.

Cut the plaster bandage to the desired size

Apply belly cream

Dip plaster strips in water

Place plaster strips where needed

Smooth the plaster by hand

After drying and hardening, the production is completed, and the abdominal imprint is removed

Shelf Life
The shelf life is at least 4 years from the production date when stored in unopened packaging in a cool and frost-free environment.
